Kindercare Children in Full or Part Time Kindergarten |

Kindercare is designed to provide child care for children enrolled in kindergarten during their out-of-school times. These include before and after school, Christmas, Spring & Summer Breaks and Pro-D Days. During the school year Kindercare children have their own program, and in July & August they join our other 3-5 programs for full day activities.
Kindercare is staffed all day from 7:30-5:30. This way, children can be registed in full-day, morning or afternoon kindergarten and also participate in Kindercare. Children arrive by bus from a number of schools and are met outside by Kindercare staff.
The program includes healthy snacks, frequent outside time for physical activity, emphasis on arts & crafts activities & reading. Children have variety in how they spend their day and often go out for field trips in the local neighbourhood.
